Master in civil and commercial law from Tsinghua University.

He was the deputy general manager of Chung Wah Investment, joined CASI in 2016, and now serves as MD and a member of Intelligent manufacturing group. Luo Qifeng has presided over investments in companies such as Runda Medical (603108) and Nancal (603859), and has presided over investments in high-quality projects such as Ronbay Technology (688005) and CSET(301175) after joining CASI. 

Mr. LUO has in-depth understanding and rich industry resources in the fields of advanced manufacturing and new energy vehicles, focusing on investments in the new energy sector.
