BA in Law from Wuhan University and a Master's degree in Law from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. 

Mr. WANG served as the principal for the Financing Department of Huazi Asset Management Co., Ltd, deputy General Manager and finally General Management of Beijing Sinobusiness Investment consulting Co., Ltd. as well as the lawyer for JunZeJun Law Offices.He joined CASI in 2006, and now serves as MD and a member of Intelligent medical group. 

He has extensive legal and investment banking experience and has led and participated in the restructuring and acquisition of nearly ten financial institutions and several listed companies. He has led the investment in several high quality projects such as Kutesmart (300840) and Amcare.
